Refund policy
Returns:
We offer a 14 Day, No Questions asked Return Policy on all works purchased. All Orders via Artsy are Final unless the work arrived not in the condition described. All Print Releases are All Sales Are Final - No Refunds - Print Releases are Custom Special Orders and once in production, the order cannot reversed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email info@endtoendgallery.com images of the damaged box and damaged contents.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will NOT be refunded.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@endtoendgallery.com.
Payment Plans: 10% re-stocking fee on any work cancelled on a payment plan. If you would like to cancel any existing payment, we request that a email be sent to info@endtoendgallery.com and the funds minus the restocking fee of 10% of the value of the total invoice will be returned within 30 days.

A Return Label will be Issued for all returns. We are not responsible for works damaged durning transit. If the artwork is not packaged correctly and damaged durning the return shipment, the restoration or repair costs will be deducted from your refund amount. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
